What’s the difference between the paper types?
Our standard prints come on high-quality Matte paper, which has a soft, non‑reflective finish perfect for text‑based or minimalist designs. If you’d like something different, we also accept requests to print on:

1) Satin (210gsm): Slight sheen that enhances color vibrancy.
2) Premium Satin (300gsm): Thicker, gallery‑style paper with a luxurious feel.
3) Watercolour Matte: Textured surface

Do you offer frames?
Yes, we have three frame options for prints; if you don’t see them listed, contact us and we’ll help. We can also print on canvases.

How will my prints be shipped?
Prints are carefully hand‑rolled in tissue paper and shipped in triangle boxes (under 24") or tubes (24" and above), with multiple prints expertly packed together. In the rare event your print arrives damaged, please let us know promptly. We are very invested in your satisfaction.

How long will it take to receive my order?
